GENERAL TERMS
1."Pinoytunes" means Pinoytunes.net/ Web Music International Ltd and its Philippine affiliate office TMVSI.
2. "Pinoytunes member" means a person who has registered as a member of Pinoytunes and paid for the membership fee of $ 7.99.
3. "Membership date/year" means the date the person registered and paid to be a member and the twelve-month period commencing on the Membership Date and each successive twelve-month period thereafter.
4."Pinoytunes Rewards" means rewards obtained by earning points through songs purchased or downloaded at Pinoytunes.net
5. "Points" means Membership Rewards Points
6."Programme" means the Pinoytunes Membership Rewards Programme.
ELIGIBILITY
1. Participation in the Programme is open to all Pinoytunes registered and paid members.
2. All Pinoytunes members who have registered and paid the applicable membership fees are automatically part of the Programme and may redeem Rewards.
POINTS EXPIRATION
1.Reward Points have an expiration of 3 years.
2.Points already earned that have not been redeemed for 3 years can be carried over for up to 30 days after expiration. Members will be notified before the expiration of their points and will be given a grace period of 30 days to claim rewards. Any Points not redeemed by the end of 30 days after expiration will be forfeited.
INQUIRY ON ACCUMULATED POINTS
1. Pinoytunes member may inquire and find out the number of points they have accrued through the procedures set in the site.
POINTS REDEMPTION
1.Reward Points accrued to the member may be redeemed anytime by a member who has reached the number of points to get a reward.
2.By redeeming a reward, the Pinoytunes member releases "Pinoytunes" from any and all liability regarding the redemption or use of any reward in the Rewards Programme.
3.Any dispute concerning goods or services received as a reward under the Programme shall be settled between the Pinoytunes member and Pinoytunes and/or the supplier or manufacturer of the product as stated in its warranty cards or agreements. "Pinoytunes" will bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes, or for the dispute itself.
4."Pinoytunes" is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards or notices.
5.Redeemed rewards are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
6.Once Points accrued to a Pinoytunes member have been redeemed for any reward, such Points cannot be refunded or transferred back into the Pinoytunes member's Programme points.
7.Information may be supplied on the redemption of rewards for administrative and marketing purposes.
8."Pinoytunes" reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute the rewards or the rewards conditions at any time with or without notice.
REDEEMING REWARDS
1.All rewards/reward items are subject to availability and certain restrictions may apply. The redemption procedure and the Terms and Conditions applicable to the rewards is set forth in the rewards notice emailed and issued to the Pinoytunes member which he will print and present upon delivery of reward set forth at the Pinoytunes site.
2.Any additional meals, transportation or accommodation arrangements made in connection with any reward will be the sole responsibility of the Pinoytunes member.
POINTS PURCHASE
Rewards points may not be purchased.
GENERAL TERMS
1."Pinoytunes" assumes no responsibility for any loss of whatever nature resulting from the redemption of the Rewards.
2."Pinoytunes" can suspend or terminate the Programme at any time it deems necessary. In such a case, "Pinoytunes" shall give advance written notice to Pinoytunes members.
3."Pinoytunes" reserves the right to change the Programme Terms and Conditions at any time.
4."Pinoytunes" reserves the right to engage third party service providers in administering the Membership Rewards Programme.
5.Fraud and abuse relating to the earning of Points in the Programme or redemption of rewards, may result in the forfeiture of accrued Points as well as cancellation of a Pinoytunes member?s participation in the membership Programme.
6.All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Programme or the eligibility of Points for accrual or redemption of rewards, will be resolved by "Pinoytunes" at its sole discretion.
7.The Rewards Points or membership into the RewardsProgramme is not transferable.
8."Pinoytunes" failure to enforce a particular Term or Condition does not constitute a waiver of that Term or Condition by "Pinoytunes".
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Philippine Laws.
