Redeeming Points

To redeem your favorite rewards, simply access your account by clicking on Rewards Detail Page whenever you want, wherever you are, and 24 hours a day.  It's quick, easy and secure.

You can browse through the various rewards before making your final selection by clicking on "View Rewards".

Redeeming your points is easy:

To redeem:



1. After you have selected a reward, click on the "Redeem Now" button on the reward detail page.
2. Click the reward you wish to redeem.
3. You will also be required to fill out your delivery address in the fields provided for delivery of your reward item.
4. Click "Submit" to confirm that the delivery details and reward item are correct.
5. Please allow 14 days for the delivery of your reward item within Metro Manila and the Philippines and 30 to 45 days for the delivery of reward items in areas outisde the Philippines i.e. U.S., Canada, Australia, the Middle East, Asia, others.
