Reedeming Points Frequently Asked Questions

1. When do Membership Rewards Points expire?
   Reward points exire after three (3) years.  Remember to redeem your Membership Rewards before the points expire.  You can save your points for higher value rewards.
   
2. Once I have redeemed my membership rewards points for a reward, can I cancel the redemption and request for a refund of points?
   No, once points have been exchanged for a reward, they have been used up and the points cannot be converted back into your Membership Rewards account.
   
3. How long does it take to receive a membership rewards notice and to receive my reward item?
   You may check on your reward points and points balance by clicking the Rewards Detail Page. You will be prompted to enter your username and password.
   
   You will be told how many points you have available and you will be able to browse the names and list of rewards.
   
   Once you are entitled to a reward, the points of which are detailed in the reward detail page, you may go through the procedures of redeeming the reward item of your choice.
   
   Upon redemption, please allow 7 to 14 days delivery of your Membership Reward item within Metro Manila and the Philippines; 30 to 45 days for reward items outside of the Philippines (i.e. U.S., Canada, Australia, the Middle East, Asia, others).
